Obviously backyard fireplaces, by the mere nature of being outdoors, will not be as efficient as indoor fireplaces. However, they too can provide a sufficient amount of heat so as to be able to enjoy the star-filled skies on those brisk fall nights.

Again, before launching your fireplace project you should be clear on your own objectives. If you establish a clear idea of what you want in a fireplace, the decision of designing and choosing your fireplace will be all the more enjoyable.
